TD Bank calls its C$270 million 4.644% fixed-to-floaters due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank said it plans to redeem its C$270 million of 4.644% fixed rate/floating rate subordinated notes due Sept. 20, 2022.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept 20, according to a press release by TD Bank Group.

The Toronto-Dominion Bank and its subsidiaries are collectively known as TD Bank Group. The financial services and banking company is based in Toronto.
