New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.25 million buffered accelerator notes on Financial ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., June 14 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.25 million of 0% capped buffered accelerator notes due June 7, 2019 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, subject to a maximum return of 15.21%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
