New Issue: TD Bank sells $500,000 callable step-up notes with 2.15% start rate

Columbus, Ohio, May 31 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $500,000 of callable step-up notes due May 31, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be 2.15% for the first three years, stepping up to 2.55% for years four and five, and to 4% for years six and seven. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable quarterly.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
