New Issue: TD Bank prices $540,000 buffered accelerator notes tied to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $540,000 of 0% buffered accelerator notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any index gain. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 10% buffer and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are the agents.
