New Issue: TD Bank prices $8.75 million step-up notes with 1.6% initial rate

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 29 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $8.75 million of callable step-up notes due Aug. 31, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate is 1.6% in years one and two, 1.8% in years three and four and 2.75% in year five. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
