TD Bank plans buffered digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE index

Columbus, Ohio, May 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 24- to 27-month 0% buffered digital notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return, which is expected to be between 9.9% and 11.6%.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are the agents.

The Cusip number is 89114QVM7.
