New Issue: TD Bank prices C$1 billion two-year floaters at CDOR plus 60 bps

Eureka Springs, Ark., March 21 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced C$1 billion of two-year floating-rate deposit notes at par on Monday, according to a market source.

The notes priced with a spread of 60 basis points over CDOR.

TD Securities Inc. was the bookrunner.

The bank and financial services company is based in Toronto.
