New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.05 million market-linked notes tied to iShares MSCI EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 8 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.05 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Nov. 30, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 40%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the agents.
