New Issue: TD Bank sells $1 million capped barrier accelerator notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 9 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1 million of capped barrier accelerator notes due Nov. 2, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 26.6%. If the index return is between zero and negative 20%, inclusive, the payout will be par. If the index falls by more than 20%, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
