Moody's rates TD Bank bonds Aaa
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Aaa rating to the series CBL3 covered bonds to be issued by Toronto-Dominion Bank under the terms of its $15 billion global legislative covered bond program and a definitive Aaa rating to the £900 million series CBL2 floating-rate covered bonds issued under the program.
The agency said the ratings reflect the credit strength of Toronto-Dominion Bank and the value of the cover pool following a CB anchor event.
