Toronto-Dominion Bank eyeing three-part offering of notes Thursday

Virginia Beach, Va., Sept. 5 - Toronto-Dominion Bank is planning to price a three-part offering of notes on Thursday, according to an informed source.
The bank is expected to sell both three-year floating- and fixed-rate notes.
There will also be a five-year offering of notes.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and TD Securities are the joint bookrunners.
The financial services and banking company is based in Toronto.
