New Issue: TD Bank prices $5.28 million of autocallable Stars linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, April 10 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5.28 million of 0% autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due April 26, 2029 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 9.5% per year if the closing level of the index is greater than or equal to its starting value on any annual observation date.
If the notes are not called at maturity, investors receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to the decline of the index beyond 15%.
