New Issue: Toronto-Dominion prices $13 million 5.2% callable fixed-rate notes due 2027

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 11 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $13 million of 5.2% callable fixed-rate notes due Jan. 10, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid quarterly.

The notes will be callable at par quarterly after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par.

TD Securities (USA) LLC was the underwriter.
