New Issue: TD Bank prices $550,000 digital notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $550,000 of 0% digital notes due Sept. 27, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,342 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
