Chicago, July 24 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $12.34 million of callable step-up notes due July 19, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 5.6% initially, stepping up to 6.5% on July 19, 2025 and to 7% on July 19, 2027. Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly redemption date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
