New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.25 million autocallable contingent interest buffer notes on indexes, ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, May 11 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.25 million of autocallable contingent interest buffer notes due May 14, 2026 linked to the least performing of the SPDR S&P Bank ETF, the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 14% if each asset closes at or above the 50% coupon barrier level on the relevant observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any monthly call observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par if each asset finishes at or above its 75% buffer level.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 25%.
