Chicago, March 10 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $515,000 of 0% capped leveraged notes due Dec. 2, 2027 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 128.13% any index gain.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline from initial level.
