New Issue: TD Bank prices $850,000 capped leveraged barrier notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 13 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $850,000 of 0% capped leveraged barrier notes due Feb. 16, 2027 linked to the S&P 500, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any gain in the index capped at 235.268%.

If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index below its initial level.
