New Issue: TD Bank prices $10 million capped in-buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $10 million of 0% capped in-buffered notes due Oct. 12, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index’s final level is greater than or equal to 142% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 102.884%.

If the index’s final level is less than 142% of its initial level but greater than or equal to 112% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 20% plus 2.7628 times any index gain over 12%.

If the index’s final level is less than 112% of its initial level but greater than or equal to 92% its initial level, the payout will be par plus the return of the index above 92%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 8%.
