New Issue: TD Bank prices $26.46 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, July 28 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $26.46 million of 0% digital notes due April 11, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the threshold level, 82.5% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,169.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.

If the index falls by more than 17.5%, investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% decline below the threshold.
