New Issue: TD Bank sells $11.08 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx Banks

Columbus, Ohio, March 3 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $11.08 million of 0% digital notes due March 30, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,154.50 per $1,000 of notes.

If the index finishes below the 90% threshold level, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond the 10% buffer.
