New Issue: TD prices $1 million of callable step-up notes with 0.65% initial rate

New York, Feb. 22 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1 million of callable step-up notes due Jan. 29, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 0.65% initially, stepping up to 0.75% on Jan. 29, 2023 and 1% on Jan. 29, 2025. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly redemption date.
