Toronto-Dominion Bank intends to sell fixed-, floating-rate notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 – Toronto-Dominion Bank is in the market with floating-rate senior medium-term notes, series C, and senior medium-term notes, series C, according to 424B2 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The floaters will bear interest at a rate based upon the compounded SOFR.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the bookrunner.

The bank and financial services company is based in Toronto.
