New Issue: TD Bank sells $11.13 million digital notes on S&P Banks Select Industry

Detroit, Dec. 10 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $11.13 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 6, 2022 linked to the S&P Banks Select Industry index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,115.00 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
