New Issue: TD Bank sells $5.88 million leveraged capped notes on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., April 24 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5.88 million of 0% leveraged capped notes due Aug. 19, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, capped at $1,246.60 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline.
