New Issue: TD sells $538,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., April 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $538,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 8, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, capped at $1,322 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% that the ETF may decline beyond 10%.
