Los Angeles, April 3 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $815,000 of 0% leveraged capped buffered notes due July 14, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, capped at $1,385.05 per $1,000 of notes.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 12.5%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 12.5%, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
