Moody's rates Toplu Konut Idaresi Ba3, Baa1.tr

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned global-scale local- and foreign-currency issuer ratings of Ba3 and Baa1.tr to Toplu Konut Idaresi Baskanligi.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings primarily reflect the bank's strategic role in the implementation of the Turkish government's housing policies and strong link to the government, Moody's said.

The ratings also take into account its financial fundamentals and improving financial performance, the agency said.
