Fitch to rate Topax notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it expects to assign a BBB- rating to Topaz Solar Farms LLC's $700 million of series A senior secured notes. The outlook is stable.

The key rating drivers are Topaz's strong revenue contract, limited completion risk, six-month operating reserve and a debt service coverage profile that is consistent with an investment grade rating, the agency said.
