Tom's Foods committee of creditors named

Pittsburgh, April 12 - Assistant U.S. Trustee Elizabeth A. Hardy appointed a committee of creditors for Tom's Foods Inc.'s case, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division.
The creditors on the committee are Durrsett Amigos, Ltd., of San Antonio, Texas; Malnove Inc. of Florida, of Omaha, Neb.; Rudolph Foods, Co. Inc., of Lima, Ohio; Pechiney Plastic Packaging Inc., of Chicago; Cargill, Inc., of Waysata, Minn.; Mike Albert Leasing, Inc., of Cincinnati; Vistar/VSA, of Centennial, Colo.; Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., of East Rockaway, N.Y. and Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., of Alpharetta, Ga.
Tom's Foods filed for bankruptcy on April 6. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-40683.
