New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.93 million buffered PLUS tied to Tokyo Stock Price

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.93 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the Tokyo Stock Price index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain, capped at par plus 26.6%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
