New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $700,000 market-linked notes on index basket

Chicago, May 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $700,000 of 0% market-linked securities – upside participation to a cap and principal return at maturity due Oct. 15, 2029 linked to an equally weighted global index basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the FTSE 100 index and the Tokyo Stock Price index, each with a 25% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the basket, capped at par plus 85.5%.

If the basket declines, investors will receive par.
