Tohopekaliga Water Authority, Fla., to sell $95 million utility system refunding bonds Wednesday

New York, June 7 - The Tohopekaliga Water Authority of Florida is scheduled to bring to market $95 million in series 2010A utility system revenue refunding bonds on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AAA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with FirstSouthwest Co. as the lead manager.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt issued to improve and expand the utility system.

Based in Kissimmee, Fla., the water authority provides and preserves water for Osceola County, Fla.
