Tobu Railway resets conversion price to ¥580 on 0% convertibles

New York, Feb. 2 - Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. said it reset the conversion price on its ¥50 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2016 to ¥580.

The conversion price was previously ¥725.

The change was made on Jan. 30 and is effective Feb. 10. It was made in accordance with the terms of the bonds.

Tobu is a Tokyo-based rail operator.
