Moody’s reviews Tobago House of Assembly

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Tobago House of Assembly's Baa2 issuer rating under review for downgrade.

The action follows Moody's March 4 action in which the agency placed Trinidad and Tobago's government bond rating under review for downgrade.

The drivers of the action are: (a) The strong financial linkages between Tobago House of Assembly and Trinidad and Tobago; and (b) expectation of declining revenues.
