TMF Group on roadshow for a €580 million dual-tranche notes offering

Portland, Ore., Nov. 26 - TMF Group Holding BV is conducting an investor roadshow for its €580 million two-part offering of high-yield notes, according to a market source.

The deal includes a €380 million tranche of senior secured floating-rate notes due 2018 (B1), which comes with one year of call protection, and a €200 million tranche of senior fixed-rate notes due 2019 (Caa1), which comes with three years of call protection.

Global coordinator Goldman Sachs International Ltd. will bill and deliver. HSBC, ING and UniCredit are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the Rule 144 A and Regulation S for life deal will be used to repay bank debt.

The Amsterdam-based company is a financial, legal and human resources administrative services provider.
