Greece’s Titan Cement talks €250 million seven-year notes to yield in 2˝% area; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., Nov. 8 – Titan Cement Co. SA talked a €250 million offering of seven-year senior notes (BB+) to yield in the 2˝% area, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday.

Joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner HSBC will bill and deliver. SG is also a joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner. ABN Amro and Raiffeisen are also joint bookrunners. Alpha Bank, Eurobank, NBC and Praeus Securities are co-managers.

The Athens-based construction materials company plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.
