Titan Cement talks €300 million five-year notes to yield 4¼%-4½%; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., July 2 – Titan Cement Co. SA talked its €300 million offering of non-callable five-year senior notes (/expected BB/) to yield 4¼% to 4½%, according to a market source.

Books close at 6 a.m. ET on Thursday, and the Regulation S-only deal is set to price thereafter.

Global coordinator and joint bookrunner HSBC will bill and deliver. JPMorgan and SG CIB are also joint bookrunners and global coordinators. Alpha Bank, Eurobank and NBG Securities are also joint bookrunners.

The Athens, Greece-based building materials company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
