New Issue: Russia's Tinkoff prices $250 million 10¾% notes due 2015 at par

Atlanta, Sept. 17 - Russia's Tinkoff Credit Systems priced a $250 million issue of three-year notes (B2) at par to yield 10¾%, a market source said.

Alfa Bank, Citigroup and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only transaction.

Tinkoff is a Moscow-based credit card lending institution.
