Time Warner calls remaining $226.96 million 6.75% notes due 2011

Milwaukee, March 23 - Time Warner Inc. plans to redeem all $226,955,000 of its remaining 6.75% notes due 2011, according to a news release.

Time Warner will redeem the notes on April 22 at a redemption price equal to the greater of (a) par and (b) the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest on the notes (exclusive of interest accrued to April 22) discounted to the redemption date on a semiannual basis at the Treasury rate plus 30 basis points, plus, in either case, accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The cable television operator is based in New York.
