TH Plantations board OKs up to RM 200 million note program

New York, Dec. 10 - TH Plantations Bhd. announced that its board authorized an up to RM 200 million medium-term note program.

Aseambankers Malaysia Bhd. and Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd. are the joint lead arrangers and joint principal advisers for the program. Aseambankers is also the facility agent.

The tenure of the program is 10 years.

Proceeds will be used to finance TH's capital and development expenditure requirements.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, TH's principal activities are investment holding, the cultivation of palm oil, the processing of fresh fruit bunches, the marketing of crude palm oil, palm kernel and fruit and the provision of management services.
