Thoroughbred Capital announces plans for C$2 million private placement

Company also intends to acquire Innovative Labs for C$3.6 million

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 30 - Thoroughbred Capital Inc. said it will price a private placement to raise at least C$2 million. The deal will be conducted as part of the company's qualifying transaction.

The company also plans to acquire Innovative Labs LLC for C$3.6 million in shares.

Thoroughbred is a capital pool company in Ottawa, Ont.
