Thomson calls 1% Oceanes

New York, Nov. 29 - Thomson said it will redeem its outstanding 1% Oceanes due 2008 on Jan. 1. Thomson Multi Media SA originally issued the Oceanes in March 2002.

The company will pay par of €40.50 for each Oceane plus accrued interest of €0.405.

Paris-based Thomson provides technology and services to entertainment and media companies.
