S&P: Thomson Reuters notes A-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its A- debt rating to Thomson Reuters Corp.'s $350 million 3.95% senior unsecured notes due 2021.

"The A- corporate credit rating, and stable outlook, on Thomson Reuters largely reflect what we view as the company's strong business risk profile, leading position in the global business-to-business information markets, substantial free cash flow generation, and geographic diversity," said S&P credit analyst Lori Harris in a news release.
