Moody’s changes Thomson Reuters view

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Thomson Reuters Corp.'s Baa2 senior notes and Prime-2 senior commercial paper ratings, and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

“The positive outlook reflects Moody's expectation that the company will improve its organic top line growth and will maintain leverage below 2.5x through the next 12 to 18 months,” Peter Adu, Moody's vice president and senior analyst, said in a news release.
