Columbus, Ohio, May 11 – Thomson Reuters Corp. sold C$1.4 billion of 2.239% five-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB+) on Monday, according to a news release Monday evening.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to repay existing indebtedness under the company’s credit facility and commercial paper program.
The information services provider is based in New York City.
