Michigan Finance organizes $91.44 million of education refunding bonds

New York, Aug. 25 – The Michigan Finance Authority plans to price $91.44 million of series 2014 higher education limited obligation revenue refunding bonds for the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/BB+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with PNC Capital Markets LLC as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2044.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2008A-B revenue bonds.
