Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 17 – Thailand’s Thitikorn PCL announced it priced 800 million baht of three-year debentures at par to yield 2.56%.
This will be the company’s second debenture issue for 2017. The company sold 1 billion baht of 2.83% three-year debentures in February.
Shareholders had originally approved the issuance of up to 2 billion baht of debentures at a meeting held in April 2015 and then approved the issuance of up to 2.2 billion baht of debentures at a meeting held in April 2016.
Thitikorn is a Bangkok-based motorcycle and automobile hire-purchase company.
