New Issue: Thailand's Thitikorn sells 250 million baht of 4.04% five-year debentures at par

Madison, Wis., Jan. 28 - Thitikorn PCL issued 250 million baht of 4.04% unsubordinated debentures due Jan. 28, 2016 on Friday, according to a company notice.

The debentures were priced at par of 1,000 baht.

The new debentures were issued as part of the company's offering of up to 1.5 billion baht of debentures, which was approved in April 2006.

Thitikorn is a Bangkok-based motorcycle and automobile hire-purchase company.
