S&P gives Thermon, notes B+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its B+ corporate credit rating to Thermon Industries Inc.

At the same time, the agency said it assigned a B+ issue-level rating to the company's proposed $200 million senior secured notes, the same as the corporate credit rating. The recovery rating is 4.

According to S&P, the ratings on Thermon reflect its weak business risk profile and aggressive financial risk profile.
